Richard L. Hartenstein, SRA, is a certified residential real estate appraiser based in the New Orleans metropolitan area, serving Jefferson, Orleans, St. Tammany, and surrounding parishes. He has been actively appraising residential real estate since 2005 and has completed thousands of appraisal assignments for lenders, attorneys, and private clients.
Mr. Hartenstein holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, reflecting advanced education, experience, and demonstrated competency in residential appraisal practice. Appraisal services are developed in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and tailored to the intended use of each assignment.
